00:00Due to debt and unpaid salary, a man was hostaged in Recto, Manila.

00:09But before that, he was already being chased by the police

00:13because in the case of Pananaksak, J.P. Soriano was arrested.

00:22This part of Recto Avenue, Corner Avenida in Manila was flooded

00:26because of the hostage-taking that took place at 3 p.m.

00:29One of the female hostages is still shivering with fear

00:33when she heard that a man, who was a fixer in Recto, suddenly entered their printing shop.

00:39He was being chased by the police because of a case of Pananaksak, Kamakailan.

00:44There were a lot of police chasing him. He had no choice.

00:48He suddenly entered here.

00:50We were shocked, sir. We couldn't believe it.

00:52A knife was pointed at the owner of the shop and brought to the back of the shop.

00:57He was already using the knife like that.
