00:39must be held within 60 days

00:43in accordance with the Constitution of South Korea.

00:46Prime Minister Han Duk-so

00:48will serve as acting president

00:50until the new leader is elected.

00:54Less than 16 people were evacuated

00:56after two bombs were dropped

00:58in Turkey and Greece last Thursday.
