This recipe brings the popular chicken doner kebab right to your kitchen. Juicy, marinated chicken is cooked until golden and full of flavor, then served in warm flatbread or pita. It's topped with fresh veggies and two tasty homemade sauces—creamy spicy mayo for a kick and cool tzatziki made with yogurt, cucumber, and garlic for a refreshing touch. Perfect for lunch, dinner, or sharing with friends.
Ingredients :

For the Chicken Marinade:

Chicken Thigh (boneless & skinless) 700 grams
•Greek Yogurt or Strained 150 grams
•Garlic Powder 1 tsp ( Lehsun powder)
•Onion Powder 1 tsp ( Pyaz Powder )
•Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp ( kali Mirch powder )
•Salt 1 + 1/2 tsp ( Namak )
•Cayenne Pepper 2 tbsp (or you can use red chili powder )
•Yellow pepper Powder 1 tsp
•Coriander Powder 1 tsp ( Dhania powder )
•Cumin Powder 1 tsp ( Zeera powder )
•Thyme 1/2 tsp
•Rosemary 1/2 tsp
•Dried parsley 1 tsp
•Tomato Paste 2 tbsp
•Lemon juice 3 -4 tbsp
•Olive oil 3 -4 tbsp

Spicy Mayo Sauce:

•1cup Mayonnaise
•Cucumber 2 tbsp (chopped pickle)
Jalapeno 2 tbsp ( Chopped Pickle )
•Spicy Hot Chili Sauce 2 -3 tbsp
•Lemon juice 1 tbsp
•Garlic cloves 3 -4 minced
•Salt 1/4 tsp
•Black Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Tzatziki Sauce:

•Greek Yogurt or Strained 1 cup
•Cucumber (grated & squeezed) one
•Fresh Coriander & Mint leaves 2tbsp
(chopped)
•Garlic cloves 3 -4 minced
•Lemon juice 1 tbsp
•Roasted cumin powder 1/4tsp
•Salt 1/4 tsp
•Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

Green Veggies

•Salad leaves chopped 1/4 cup
•Tomato Slice 1/4 cup
•Onion slice 1/2 cup
•Cabbage Chopped 1/4 cup
•Iceberg Lettuce 1 cup

Assemble
•Tortillas
•Fries
•Pickled Cucumber
•Red Onion
•Tomatoes
•Cucumber
•Cabbage
•Lettuce

Direction For Cooking :

In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices. Add sliced chicken and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hour (or overnight for best flavor)

-Heat a pan with a bit of oil. Cook the chicken on medium heat for 5–7 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
-Once done, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice into thin strips.

Spicy Mayo: Mix all spicy mayo ingredients in a small bowl.

Tzatziki: Combine yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt. Stir well. Chill if possible before serving.


Tips:
For an authentic touch, grill the chicken or use skewers.

Add pickles or jalapeños if you love extra tang or heat.

Leftover chicken makes a great salad topping or wrap the next day!
