A refreshing twist on the classic Spanish chilled soup, this Watermelon Gazpacho blends the natural sweetness of ripe watermelon with the tang of tomatoes, cooling cucumber, and a hint of mint. Light, smooth, and vibrant, it's the perfect summer starter—best served chilled in bowls or glasses for a clean, elegant presentation.

Ingredients :

-Water melon 2 cups ( Tarbooz )
-Cucumber 1/2 cup ( Kheera )
-Tomato 1/2 cup ( Tamatar )
-Mint leaves 1/4 cup ( Podina )
-Lemon Juice 2 -3 tbsp
-Salt 1/2 tsp ( Namak ) or as per taste
-Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp ( Kali Mirch )
-Olive oil 1 tbsp
-Ice cubes as required


Direction For Making


-Take a blender add water melon , cucumber , tomato , lemon juice , olive oil , salt , black pepper , mint leaves , ice cubes blend it altogether.
-Strain the gazpacho through a fine sieve.
-Take serving glass add ice cube add gazpacho.
-Garnish with mint leaves and cucumber slice and serve.
