00:00Welcome to WatchMojo, and today we're counting down our picks for the most hilariously extra
00:10deaths in South Park. 20. Kenny Gets Osborn
00:21Way back in the show's second season, Schaaf was almost sent to prison by Alanis Morissette's
00:27label for harassment. If he can raise enough money in a day, he'll manage to keep his freedom. So the
00:45boys set up a monumental concert called Chef Aid, inviting a bunch of huge names like Ozzy Osbourne
00:51and Elton John. It makes for a classic old-school South Park episode, also featuring a hilarious
00:58Kenny death as is traditional. This is referencing the time Ozzy Osbourne bit off the head of a bat
01:05live on stage. That happened because he mistook it for a toy, but when he did it to Kenny,
01:14he was probably feeling feral. 19. Kenny and Mr. Jefferson
01:20Moving forward to Season 8, The Jeffersons was an episode about a world-famous pop star moving
01:26into South Park. The boys quickly become friends with him, going over to play in his garden funfair.
01:37Things go south when they attempt to break out Mr. Jefferson's son, Blanket, with a masterful plan
01:43that ends up killing Kenny, as usual. It doesn't take long for Mr. Jefferson to slam a disguised
01:50scene. It's also a rare instance we see Kenny unhooded, but not for long before he becomes
02:04a fairly useless ceiling fan. 18. Medical Malpractice
02:11In 1999, the South Park movie came to cinemas. It was a huge success, getting an Oscar nomination
02:18for the song, Blame Canada. Unfortunately for Kenny, being in a movie justifies being killed
02:29in the most absurdly horrific way. Not only is he set on fire and then covered in salt,
02:35the doctors put his heart in the microwave and accidentally replaced it with a baked potato.
02:41They killed Kenny, and by they, we mean George Clooney, who voices the head doctor.
02:47How are you feeling, son? I'm so good. Great. Son, I have some bad news. We accidentally replaced
02:54your heart with a baked potato. Fitting not just due to his ER role, but because Clooney was a South
02:59Park fan from the beginning, you'd think it couldn't get any worse for Kenny. But he ends up in hell
03:04right after. 17. Easter Massacre
03:08The fantastic Easter special featured Randy teaching Stan about a secret society that protects the
03:15mysteries of Easter from ninjas. It's an iconic Randy episode, which also has some iconic Jesus
03:35action. It's got more than one brutal death, like Jesus using a ninja star to rip Bill Donahue in half.
03:43To get him there, Kyle has to slit the prophet's throat, since he can only use his powers after
03:50dying. Fighting between the ninjas and the hair club is pretty rough. So is Donahue's mistreatment
03:57of them in jail. In the end, it was all because St. Peter was secretly a rabbit. Let that soak in.
04:03I've learned not to ask questions. Just dye the eggs and keep my mouth shut. That's my boy.
04:08Number 16. Butters indirectly murders the Kardashians. Mark David Chapman became inspired
04:15to murder John Lennon, the catcher in the rye convincing him Lennon was a phony.
04:21Didn't the guy who shot John Lennon say it was because of this book?
04:24Yes, apparently John Lennon's killer said he was inspired by Catcher in the Rye,
04:28but he was just a kook. This tragedy was parodied by South Park in the episode where
04:39Butters wrote his own controversial book. Well, it was actually written by the main gang,
04:45but they didn't want their parents to be upset. Most of the episode revolves around them getting
04:50jealous of Butters, but as always, Butters ends up getting the worst end of the deal.
04:54His novel's sequel ends up convincing a random person to go on a Kardashian killing spree,
05:01devastating Butters.
05:02Dude, people are pissed off at you, Butters.
05:05I know.
05:06They're saying they're gonna ban both your books now, completely. You're not making any more money.
05:11You think I care about that?
05:14My writer got the most beautiful woman in the world killed.
05:19Number 15. The Death of Clyde's Mom.
05:22Now and again, South Park musters the courage to kill off one of its side characters, like
05:27Clyde's mom.
05:28Men forgetting to put the toilet seat down can be known to irritate women, since they may
05:50accidentally fall in. Usually, this causes a bit of grossness and not much else. In South Park,
05:57it ends Clyde's mom's life. Unfortunately, she flushes after falling in, and somehow,
06:03the toilet is powerful enough to disembowel her.
06:09She's beyond saving, so the firemen resort to putting her out of her misery. It serves as a
06:14brutal reminder of what doesn't happen when you leave the toilet seat up.
06:19Number 14. Pip Gets Crushed. In Season 14, South Park managed to reach 200 episodes,
06:27celebrating with a two-part special.
06:29It's since been banned for its portrayal of the Muslim prophet Muhammad. Comedy Central initially
06:47censored Muhammad, fearing for their safety. Since the episode was criticizing censorship,
06:53this was a controversial yet understandable decision. It brought back tons of classic
06:59characters, like both Pip and Mecha Streisand. Pip tries to end her reign of terror with a heroic
07:05speech, but the Kaiju Streisand isn't having any of it. It marked a hilarious end to one of South
07:16Park's most hated characters. Number 13. Serial Killers Unleashed.
07:22The show's 150th episode had a plethora of iconic moments, like Butters repeatedly summoning Biggie
07:30Smalls. It also includes a side-splitting parody of the Three Stooges. Except here, they're Ted Bundy,
07:44Jeffrey Dahmer, and John Wayne Gacy, three of America's most infamous serial killers.
07:50Satan sends them to pick up his Ferrari cake, which makes for some bloody but wacky antics.
07:57They horrifically murder the cake chefs, alongside pretty much every bystander.
08:02What's the recipe call for first?
08:0310,000 eggs.
08:05Gacy, go get 10,000 eggs.
08:07You get them.
08:08Shut up.
08:09As you might expect, they eventually turn on one another, causing all three to kick the bucket once
08:15again, resulting in some of the most gory South Park deaths.
08:19Number 12. Cartman Uses Cthulhu.
08:23Who remembers the days of Bieber fever? Back when Baby was released in 2010, he was all the rage.
08:30They would come up against their most challenging and most evil opponent, Justin Bieber. In order to
08:36save the Earth, this little butthole had to be stopped.
08:38You couldn't get away from him, which annoyed millions of people who weren't into Baby.
08:43When Cartman gets to send Cthulhu to do his bidding, he chooses to eliminate Bieber.
08:48It's not the only time he got an over-the-top TV death.
08:57In 2011, he played a role on CSI.
09:00He played the character Jason, who ends up getting shot by the police.
09:05While Bieber got a lot of hate, it's hard not to feel nostalgic for when he was big.
09:1011. Woodland Critters.
09:12Initially introduced in 2004, the Woodland Critters instantly became fan favorites.
09:18Well, hello there. Welcome to our forest. How do you like our Christmas tree?
09:23It's nice.
09:24Well, it's the most perfect tree in the forest.
09:27Initially, they were just part of a Christmas tale written by Cartman.
09:31Throughout the episode, Stan helps the Critters.
09:34Until the twist reveals, they're satanic monsters.
09:37Thankfully, Santa is here to save the day, but not until after they disembowel Rabbity
09:43the Rabbit, getting a bit too excited about his blood.
09:47They then become recurring characters, returning to terrorize both Imagination Land and Kurt Russell.
09:53What do you see in there?
09:54There's lots of big mushrooms, colorful grass, some castles in the distance.
10:00Wait.
10:01Something's coming for us.
10:04It's coming out of the bushes.
10:06It's a...
10:08Oh.
10:09Oh, it's just a cute little squirrel.
10:11Even the other villains find them too evil when they torture Strawberry Shortcake.
10:16Number 10.
10:17Tap Dance Tragedy.
10:18After Stan gets into a dance-off with a rival dance crew, he turns to Butters for help.
10:24Butters, listen.
10:25There's going to be a competition this Saturday, and we want you to join our troupe.
10:28Whoa, neat.
10:28Oh, a competition?
10:29Well, I love you.
10:30What kind of competition is it?
10:31It's a dance-off.
10:32We heard you were tap-dancing state champion two years ago.
10:37No.
10:38As a former tap-dancing prodigy, Butters easily has the most talent of anyone in Stan's troupe.
10:45However, Butters refuses to join due to a traumatic experience in which he accidentally
10:50took the lives of nearly a dozen people during a dance competition.
10:54Eventually, Butters chooses to overcome his trauma and arrives just in time to help the
10:59South Park diggities.
11:07Unfortunately, history repeats itself when Butters accidentally eliminates the opposing
11:12team in brutal fashion.
11:14While the town of South Park revels in their victory, Butters is left more traumatized than
11:20ever before.
11:259.
11:26China is no place for a bear
11:28For a guy who claims to value integrity, Randy Marsh is willing to do some pretty despicable
11:35things.
11:36After getting arrested in China, Randy is sent to prison where he meets and befriends fellow
11:42prisoner Winnie the Pooh.
11:44Some people said Pooh looked like the Chinese p-p-president, so we're illegal in China now.
11:50Jesus, what kind of madhouse is this?
11:53When Randy defends himself and Pooh at a tribunal, he attempts to make a deal with the Chinese.
12:00This allows him to meet with Mickey Mouse, and the two work together to bring some tegrity
12:06to China.
12:06Unfortunately, things don't go quite as planned.
12:10It's like they didn't even want to listen.
12:13They didn't listen at all?
12:15But why not?
12:16To secure favor with the Chinese, Randy takes drastic measures by luring Pooh into a trap
12:25and assassinates him in front of a horrified piglet.
12:28For people who grew up watching Winnie the Pooh, this scene is all kinds of disturbing.
12:38Dad, did you kill Winnie the Pooh?
12:40Winnie the Pooh, Winnie the Pooh, oh yeah, I did kill Winnie the Pooh.
12:458.
12:46Satan's ultimate sacrifice
12:48When Man-Bear-Pig comes to unleash hell onto the people of South Park, the boys desperately
12:57look for a way to save the town from its wrath.
13:00After discovering Man-Bear-Pig's demonic origins, the boys and Al Gore help summon Satan
13:06and eventually convince him to fight on behalf of humanity, or at least everyone in the South
13:11Park area.
13:36However, it turns out that even the ruler of hell is no match for Man-Bear-Pig.
13:45In a completely one-sided fight, Man-Bear-Pig brutally dominates Satan and leaves him drowning
13:51in agony.
13:52On the upside, Satan's sacrifice did score him a trip to heaven.
13:587.
14:01Mysterion Proves His Superpower
14:03While Kenny's constant ends and rebirths have become an iconic running gag in the South
14:15Park franchise, the events of the superhero saga reveal just how huge a burden Kenny's
14:21immortality can be.
14:24After discovering his parents' connection to the dark god Cthulhu and getting himself
14:28taken out by a cultist, Kenny reveals his secret to his friends.
14:32Naturally, they don't believe him.
14:37When Kyle tries to make Kenny feel better about his immortality, he instead causes him
14:42to lash out.
14:46Desperate to prove that he is telling the truth, Kenny takes his own life.
14:51While the boys have witnessed Kenny lose his life numerous times, most of which they've
14:55either ignored or even laughed at, this particular moment leaves them shocked and horrified.
15:016.
15:05Jeff Bezos Has Josh Carter Executed
15:09They say business can be ruthless, but South Park takes this to the extreme.
15:14After Amazon employee Josh Carter gets literally packed into a box following a workplace incident,
15:20Josh's fellow employees decide to go on strike and elect him as their leader.
15:31Inspired by Marxist beliefs, Josh and his followers stir up so much trouble that Amazon CEO Jeff
15:37Bezos decides to take lethal measures.
15:41Eager to put an end to the strike, Bezos kidnaps Josh with the intent of finishing him off.
15:50Rather than terminate Josh himself, Bezos uses children to do the unspeakable act instead.
15:57We don't know what's more messed up, Josh's final moments or the fact that Jeff Bezos willingly
16:03and literally put Josh's blood on the hands of innocents.
16:125.
16:13Turns out there really is a giant bird.
16:17Never has one of Kenny's deaths been so cleverly foreshadowed.
16:20You will be clean, polite, and most importantly, you will follow the agnostic code.
16:25We cannot know with certainty if God or Christ exist.
16:28They could.
16:29Then again, there could be a giant reptilian bird in charge of everything.
16:31Can we be certain there isn't?
16:33After Kenny's parents get arrested in the poor kid, he and his siblings are sent to
16:37live with a way too agnostic foster family.
16:41Considering Kenny's track record of meeting his end in unexpected ways, it's surprising
16:46that he handled himself so well throughout the episode.
16:49Not only does he keep his sister safe, but he also orchestrates the arrest of his foster
17:05parents.
17:06In the end, Kenny returns to South Park and everything seems to work out well for everyone.
17:16Unfortunately for Kenny, fate can be a very cruel mistress.
17:20In an unexpected twist, Kenny is attacked by a giant bird and spends his final moments
17:25full of fear and agony.
17:33Even if it did make Cartman miserable, Kenny's demise was pretty messed up.
17:384.
17:39Halloween Massacre
17:41Pink Eye may have been South Park's first Halloween episode, but it certainly did not hold
17:45back in terms of brutality.
17:47After Kenny meets his end early in the episode, an unfortunate embalming accident turns him
17:52into a flesh-eating zombie.
17:57Within hours, most of the townspeople are turned into the living dead, including Chef
18:02and Wendy, forcing the boys to chainsaw their way through a zombie horde.
18:06It isn't until Kyle stops the undead madness by taking out Kenny in a very violent manner.
18:21The ways in which Kenny loses his life multiple times throughout the episode is brutal enough,
18:26but considering that the zombies taken out by the boys could have been returned to normal
18:30times, makes the situation all the more horrific.
18:46While most of Kenny's final moments can be considered hilarious, his passing in Kenny
18:51dies is not one of them.
18:53After learning that Kenny has a terminal illness, his friends react to the news with
18:58genuine sadness.
19:16It's a stark contrast to their normal behavior whenever Kenny passes away.
19:21This heartbreaking situation is especially hard on Stan, who is unable to cope with Kenny's
19:26imminent demise.
19:36Stan does eventually get the courage to go see Kenny, but by the time he finally arrives,
19:41he is too late.
19:42This moment is sad enough, but it gets even worse after Kyle reveals that in his final
19:48moments, Kenny spent his last breath asking for Stan.
19:582.
19:59The Death of Mr. and Mrs. Tenerman
20:07A list like this wouldn't be complete without one of the most infamous moments in South Park
20:13history.
20:14After being tricked and mocked one too many times by Scott Tenerman, Cartman vows to get
20:19back at him no matter the cost.
20:21The day arrives for Cartman to put his plan into action at his chili con-carnival, Scott
20:27initially believes that he has the advantage.
20:29Oh, how wrong he was.
20:31In a shocking twist, Cartman reveals how he not only orchestrated the end of Scott's parents,
20:46but also added further insult to injury by desecrating their bodies and turning them into
20:52chili.
20:58Chili, which he then fed to Scott.
21:02Even by Cartman's standards, this act of revenge takes things way too far.

21:35The Death of Chef When Chef was written out of South Park following
21:47the departure of Isaac Hayes, you would think he'd get a decent send-off.
21:52Instead, he suffers a demise so brutal that even Kenny's final moments pale in comparison.
21:58After discovering that Chef is being brainwashed by the evil Super Adventure Club, the boys desperately
22:04try to save him.
22:05Just as they were about to escape, the leader of the club manipulates Chef into coming back,
22:10a decision that seals his fate.
22:14In his final moments, Chef gets burned alive, falls into a ravine, gets impaled, gets shot
22:25at, and then eventually gets mauled and torn apart by wild predators.
22:29It's a truly horrific end to one of South Park's greatest characters.
