00:00Curls, barbell curls.
00:02I was up doing reps with 275 in the barbell curl.
00:06Dumbbell curl on an inclined bench
00:09and to do the concentration curl.
00:10Many times we would start out with a weight,
00:13with a heavy weight, and do just one rep.
00:15Then have them pull off plates and the curl
00:17for just enough that they can now do two reps.
00:20Then pull off plates and do three reps,
00:21and pull off more plates and do four reps after that.
00:24And so this is how I would go up
00:25without ever putting the bar down,
00:27to really let the bicep know,
00:29you don't know what's coming.
00:30You're not gonna get used to my training method.
00:33I'm gonna have all kinds of tricks up my sleeve.
