04:38And we have this dish na sineserve namin sa anihan. Halang-halang ito pero it's mostly across between halang-halang and yung maranaw dish nga na piyaparan na manok.
04:55What we do here is, niluluturin namin ito sa gata, pero yung piyaparan na, siguro component nito is yung paggamit namin ng kinayod na nyog.
05:06So, we have our chicken. I'm just gonna cut this in half. So, ganito namin siya sineserve sa restaurant talaga. Half.
05:14And then, yung mga pampalasa, siyempre. Simple dish lang ito, pero dapat hindi tayo magtipid doon sa ating panggisa.
05:21We will prepare our garlic. Hindi ko ito i-finely chop. Tatanggalin ko lang ito ng balat.
05:28And then, yung ating onions. And then, we're gonna smash some ginger.
05:33We're also gonna slice some red chilies. Tara lang din may contrast ng konting kulay green chilies.
05:41So, ready na yung ating misan plus. Yung ating mga ingredients. Proceed na tayo dun sa pagluluto.
05:47So, mainit na yung pan ko. Lagyan lang natin ng mantika. Lagyan lang din natin ilang piraso ng taba ng manok.
05:58Isisear natin o ibabrown na natin yung aking chicken, skin side down.
06:02Season din natin ito ng salt.
06:09Kapag maganda na yung pagkakabrown ng ating manok, lagyan na natin yung ating ginger, onions, and garlic.
06:20Make sure na yung katas na lumalabas dito, may higop at mababalot doon sa ating manok.
06:27After yan, ilagyan na natin yung ating kinayod na nyob.
06:39And then, yung unang tiga o yung kakanggata.
06:42Season lang natin ito ng salt, sugar, and pepper.
06:56And then, lagyan na natin yung ginayat nating sile.
07:00So, tatapan lang natin ito, and then we will gently simmer this for about 15 to 20 minutes.
07:05Saka natin babalikan.
