00:00We're going to make this work, as always, since we don't have raw meat available right now,
00:17we're going to use charcoal roasted beef.
00:21I'll cut some portions of our mushroom.
00:24This is the challenging part, our beets.
00:34What's challenging about using beets is its very earthy flavor.
00:40I think it would complement with the smokiness that our roast beef will bring.
00:47And then, our capsicum.
00:54So this is another curveball of Lexi.

00:59How are you going to put that on the dish?
01:01But again, we'll make it work.
01:04So what I like about the dish that I'm thinking of making is,
01:08it's like a meatloaf.
01:10So when it's a meatloaf, you can put extenders.
01:14So that's what we're going to do with the banana.
01:16It's like an extender that will add sweetness to our dish.
01:22So this is our 10-12 hour short plate of roast beef.
01:28So very tender.
01:30It's easy to pull.
01:32We're just going to incorporate everything here.
01:36So for assembly, I'm just going to put thinly sliced beef on the bottom.
