'Putin is mocking Trump': EU foreign ministers call for new sanctions on Russia after Sumy attack

00:04missile attack on the Ukrainian city of Somi and called for more pressure on Russia to

00:10Meeting with the EU foreign ministers in Luxembourg, the bloc's foreign policy chief, Kaya Kalas,
