Palace chides Imee over 'black' comment  Malacañang on April 15, 2025 counters the campaign ad of Sen. Imee Marcos depicting the country's current situation as "black," saying it is more appropriate to be used to describe the previous administration under former president Rodrigo Duterte.  Palace Press Officer Claire Castro also described the Marcos administration as trying to achieve whiteness compared to the blackness of the past administration.
