00:26But we are in active negotiations at the moment with our US counterparts on a whole range of issues
00:33concerning the tariffs for steel and aluminium and the cars, which of course are at 25%,
00:39as well as the headline tariff rates of 10%.
00:42And certainly in Scunthorpe today and the importance of the steel industry for the UK economy,
00:48getting a deal across a whole range of areas will be very important for British industry and British jobs.
00:54And that is my focus as Chancellor.
