00:00So I've done a lot of liquid lunches. This is my first video version of a liquid lunch.
00:10Here we are at Brewers Tasting Pub in St. Petersburg. We in Tampa Bay have a buttload
00:20of micro breweries and it's a tough job but somebody's got to do it. So I thought I would
00:26explore all the Tampa Bay brews, let you know what's good, what's not so good. I ordered
00:33myself a flight beer. This is a Tampa Bay classic basically. It's reminiscent of the
00:39frontons of High Live. This is Cigar City High Live beer. I can tell how a lot of people like this.
00:49It's a little on the bitter side for me. It won't stop me from drinking it.
00:55All right, number two. We're gonna get a little crazy here. This is the Paradise Lucky Lucy
01:01Strawberry Blonde Ale. This one, believe it or not, is brewed with over 300 pounds of
01:08Plant City Strawberries. You gotta love that. Now that's not bad. This is perfect for me.
01:15It's got a nice aroma of strawberries but it's not real sweet. A beautiful bouquet if you will.
01:21We're at the halfway point. This is gonna get crazy. I probably should have saved this for last
01:27but I can't wait to try it. It just has such a strange ass name that I had to order it and I
01:33don't even know how to say it. Now these first two were from Tampa Bay. This one
01:37actually is from Ipswich, Massachusetts. It's Clown Shoes Blackhorn Unidragon. It's a Russian Imperial
01:47Stout. Now these other ones were like 5%, 7% alcohol. The Clown Shoes here is 12 and a half percent. Are they gonna name it after a dragon, a unicorn?
01:59They named it a black corn. Black corn? I don't know. We'll have to ask around.
02:05Blee corn? Or Blee corn? I don't know. Blee corn. Or Blee corn. Or maybe Blee corn?

02:13Oh, that's nice. It's actually kind of like a Guinness with a little more coffee flavor to me actually.
02:21We're talking dark malt and aggressive hops here. This is a tough job.
02:30So the fourth and final on our flight today, the liquid lunch, is actually one of my favorites.
02:35I call it Weissdefeiner. Maybe it's Weissdefeiner? I don't know. We need to find out how to say that too.

02:45This is a German wheat beer. It's a happy bison. I fell in love with the happy bison when I was in Germany.
02:53Munich! With the beer halls, with those big women, with the, you know, the things.
03:00And they can carry 10 beers between their hands and they bring them down and there's people going,

03:07This is the stuff they're drinking right here.
03:11You will find that I always gravitate back to the happy.
