00:00Well, of course, there are 31 MOU signed between Malaysia and China during the visit by President Xi Jinping.
00:07One of the specific MOU was on real development.
00:10MOU did not specify which particular project.
00:13The MOU is a framework of cooperation between Malaysia and China.
00:19What is the framework is that, number one, we will have joint efforts in terms of developing our real sector.
00:26China, of course, has a far more advanced real sector because they have a long network of HSR.
00:34They have a lot of technologies.
00:37They have roaring stocks, suppliers and all that.
00:39So we are working with China to firstly develop our real sector.
00:44That is a framework of the cooperation.
00:48Of course, we will jointly have more training.
00:51They will provide more technical training to our personnel, our real personnel, especially at KTMB level.
01:00Then we can have technology transfer.
01:04And of course, we can look at further, look at other projects of how to further develop our real sector.
01:11Currently, China is building the ECRL real track.
01:14China also has a plan in Malaysia through CRRC in terms of providing roaring stocks.
01:22So most of our trains right now, especially used by KTMB, we call for tender.
01:28And many of the tenders were won by CRRC.
01:31So we want to have further cooperation in terms of technology transfer and develop our own river sector here.
01:38So we want to also develop our supply chain.
01:41So in terms of component supply, we hope that we can have more local component supply
01:46so that we can enhance our SMEs in the river sector.
01:50So these are the things that we hope that we can further develop together with China.
01:56So we are not just a plain user of Chinese technology or Chinese train.
02:02So what we want is also is to develop our local supply chain sector.
02:08So this can be done with you in our partnership with China.
02:14We choose from the example on the plants including Greenwood.
02:19This is the same way with China in and corresponding respirators from the Delta-A-1 parlant.
02:23So this isn't just a whole idea when China benefits by themselves as people.
02:28And there are some sort of descriptions of China.
02:30It's a whole mix of China.
02:32But with China in the world, China is one of the onesように,
