01:00Did ICE view its mission as interrupting illegal ideas?
01:05Did ICE once post that on its website and then when somebody pointed out to them there's no such thing as an illegal idea, they took it down?
01:14That's right.
01:15And the reason I call ICE the Israeli censorship enforcers is because those ideas obviously relate to Israel-Palestine and they are considered anti-Semitic ideas.
01:29What does anti-Semitic constitute in this case?
01:35It's the IHRA definition that is being weaponized by governments from the Trump administration to Germany to conflate anti-Zionism,
01:47which could take the form of just outrage and opposition to the Israeli genocide that claimed the lives of a dozen more children last night as Israel bombed tents of people in a safe zone to opposition to Israel as an ethno-supremacist state
02:05that has to warehouse non-Jews as surplus humanity.
02:09That is considered anti-Semitism, according apparently to ICE, because it's what ICE is arresting all of these students around the country for.
02:19Most recently, Mohsen Madawi, a Columbia University student who was a legal resident of the United States, he didn't break into the United States,
02:31and he was at a citizenship interview in Vermont, and Trump's ICE Gestapo arrested him there and took him thousands of miles away to the Northwest Federal Prison.
02:42I believe that's in Washington state, another one of these privatized prisons owned by GEO Group, which is making a fortune off the Trump administration.
02:50And then you have Mahmoud Khalil, who was arrested by ICE at his apartment, basically disappeared, taken to Louisiana.
03:00He's being held there. And the Trump administration has not charged him with anything.
03:04His rap sheet, which was declassified, consists of accusism of anti-Semitic thoughts.
03:11And Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, who's basically his job is to be the brown guy who gets the brown people out,
03:19doesn't have as much influence over actual diplomacy, has said that what he aims to do is get these lunatics out of our country.
03:29So again, thought crimes, lunatics, people who think the wrong way, and ICE has charged itself with stopping ideas at the border.
03:36So just come out and tell us which ideas are illegal and that you don't believe in the First Amendment of the Constitution,
03:43just as you don't believe in Supreme Court orders.
03:46Judge Boasberg, the judge who has found probable cause to hold the Trump administration in contempt and now has the unenviable task of deciding who,
04:00somewhere along the chain of command from Donald Trump down to the lawyers in his courtroom,
04:04actually committed the contempt, in his 46-page opinion, ripped into Secretary Rubio.
04:14A, because when Boasberg, Judge Boasberg ordered, and another judge, Judge Zinnis, ordered Mr. Garcia returned,
04:25and Marco Rubio, the Secretary of State, posted on X, oops, too late, and a smiley face.
04:33Judge Boasberg ripped into him for that.
04:36Marco Rubio should also be humiliated because his own State Department,
04:41along with Tony Blinken's State Department, has condemned the prison in El Salvador,
04:48visited by Kristi Noem, as violating basic humanitarian standards.
04:54And now he's boasting that a person, an innocent human being, was sent there.
04:59What's the complaint against the guy who was at his citizenship interview in Vermont?
05:04What did they even say he did?
05:07Is it another thought crime?
05:09Yeah, I mean, we're hearing a lot about Kilmar Abrego,
05:13the guy who was dubiously accused of being MS-13 and ordered back to the U.S. by the Supreme Court
05:19from the Seacott torture dungeon in El Salvador.
05:27But we're not hearing as much about Mohsen Madawi, who was never accused of any crime.
05:33There's, he, by all accounts, was someone you would want in the United States.
05:40What he did was he participated as a fairly outspoken personality in the Columbia University encampments.
05:52And Zionist vigilante groups like Canary Mission and Betar USA are feeding the names and faces
06:02of anyone they can find who is a permanent green card holder
06:06or is in the U.S. on a student visa who participated in these demonstrations against the genocide in Gaza
06:12to the U.S. state security, DHS, FBI.
06:18And then Rubio yanks their visas immediately without investigating.
06:23And they get picked up by ICE wherever they are.
06:26This is revelatory of an Israeli intelligence network operating inside the United States,
06:35specifically Canary Mission.
06:37It's obviously a front for Israeli intelligence.
06:41Meddling in U.S. politics, meddling in U.S. society,
06:44and having total carte blanche to get people deported because the Trump administration
06:50is occupied by Netanyahu's government, the Likud party, and their paymasters in the form of Miriam
07:00Adelson, Donald Trump's largest donor other than Elon Musk.
07:04And it's Adelson and the Israelis who are calling the shots on all of these issues
07:09and shattering the First Amendment in the process.
07:13I mean, this is the real scandal.
07:15This is the heart of the issue.
07:17And it's for whatever reason, the Democrats are very reluctant to touch this.
07:22Rachel Maddow had a segment last night or yesterday
07:24showing footage of people protesting outside all of these holding facilities
07:29for these students who've been detained, waving Palestinian flags.
07:33And she didn't mention the word Gaza or Palestine once.
07:36It was like she was afraid to even say it.
07:39Afraid that ICE might arrest these students if she characterized them
07:45as being Palestinian or pro-Gaza.
07:48This is just...
07:49No, the Democrats just don't want to take the side of Palestinians
07:52because they'll lose donations themselves.
07:55I don't know what the Democrats stand for today, Max,
07:59and the Republicans for that matter seem to stand for whatever Trump wants,
08:03no matter how authoritarian it might be.
08:05Did ICE recently order an American citizen,
08:10a lawyer from Boston, Massachusetts, out of the country?
08:14Yeah, I'm not...
08:18Her name isn't coming to mind right now.
08:20She was...
08:20Immigration lawyers are being targeted up and down the country,
08:24up and down the coast, everywhere.
08:26But this lawyer received a email from the Department of Homeland Security
08:30telling her that she had seven days to leave the country to self-deport.
08:34She's a U.S. citizen who was born in the United States and was shocked
08:39and went back to them and said,
08:41what is happening here?
08:43And they said, oh, just an administrative error.
08:45We meant to send this to somebody else, which is odd enough.
08:50But I wondered if this might have been sort of a trial balloon
08:53just to see how far they could go
08:55and just to terrorize an immigration lawyer
08:58since they're the ones who are kind of standing in the way
09:01and intervening with all of these arbitrary deportations
09:06where people who are working in the country,
09:10who are living in the interior, who have been here,
09:12many of them have been here almost their entire lives.
09:15And they're just trying to...
09:16Snatching and grabbing people, children, families, left and right.
09:20And the immigration lawyers are this problem
09:22because they want to take them to the courts, have due process.
09:26So I wonder if this is just an intimidation attempt.
09:29It's something I've never seen before.
09:31Chris just gave me her name, Nicole Micheroni.
09:34This is the person we're talking about.
09:36Yeah, that's right.
09:37When you were stopped at JFK and asked, among other things,
09:42if you've ever appeared on this show,
09:44was it ICE that stopped you?
09:46Yeah, actually someone was just stopped
09:48returning from the Virgin Islands
09:50and has been in a federal immigration prison for nine days.
09:54Virgin Islands is in the U.S.
09:56I was stopped by Customs and Border Protection.
10:02And it was dollars, it wasn't JFK, right.
10:05The person that's been in custody for nine days,
10:08an American citizen?
10:11I think it's a legal green card holder.
10:14But flying from one part of the United States to another.
10:18Correct.
10:18Does ICE know that the American Virgin Islands,
10:22like Puerto Rico, is the United States?
10:27I mean, ICE is jumping off the proverbial porch right now.
10:32They don't care.
10:34It's obvious they don't care.
10:36And when I was interrogated or questioned,
10:39it was sort of like a friendly questioning session,
10:41I was asked about the anti-Semites,
10:46the communists of our time, I guess,
10:49in this new McCarthy era.
10:51People including Medea Benjamin,
10:53co-founder of Code Pink.
10:55And I didn't know it was her
10:57because they asked me about her birth name,
10:59Susan Benjamin,
11:00as well as various other people
11:01who appeared to have been student protesters
11:04that they were looking for.
11:05So they were wondering if I would snitch
11:07or collect intelligence.
11:10In airports,
11:12you are in a legal gray zone.
11:14Customs and Border Protection will tell you
11:16you have no rights here.
11:17You don't have the right to see a lawyer.
11:20And the less you talk,
11:21the more you
11:23uphold your constitutional right
11:26to remain silent,
11:26the more we will harass and interrogate you.
11:29And you don't have the right
11:30to hold on to your devices.
11:33They can take your phone if they want.
11:35So they used me
11:36to kind of collect intelligence there.
11:38I didn't say anything or know anything.
11:41But I expect it again.
11:42And this is happening
11:43to so many activists and journalists
11:46and now lawyers across the country
11:49under this new kind of immigration regime.
11:53What is the story,
11:59as you understand it,
12:01behind the recent either
12:03firings or frog marchings
12:06out of the Pentagon
12:08of three people
12:10very close
12:11to Secretary of Defense
12:14Pete Hegseth?
12:15Well, the one person
12:17who was marched out of the Pentagon
12:18was Dan Caldwell,
12:19who used to work with Pete Hegseth.
12:21That is his nonprofit.
12:24advocacy group.
12:25And then he went on
12:26to defense priorities
12:27and emerged in Washington
12:29as one of the leading
12:31veteran foreign policy thinkers
12:34who was a so-called restrainer,
12:37very skeptical of the U.S.
12:39going to war on Iran
12:40or tempting war with China.
12:45And so he was targeted
12:46immediately when he was nominated
12:48by an outlet called Jewish Insider.
12:51Jewish Insider,
12:51it's just like a front
12:52for the Israel lobby
12:54and especially the Likud wing.
12:56The neocons run this.
12:59And he was heavily targeted,
13:01but he made it into the Pentagon.
13:03Now he's frog marched out.
13:05At the time he was marched out,
13:07there were several stories
13:08that had been the product of leaks.
13:11One related to Elon Musk
13:14visiting the Pentagon,
13:15which caused a stir.
13:16But now there's a new story out.
13:19And the new story,
13:20this is the biggest one.
13:21It's in the New York Times.
13:22I'm sure most people
13:23watching this have read it.
13:25It's about how Trump called off
13:28after a month of deliberation
13:29an Israeli strike on Iran
13:32and that the Israelis were pushing
13:33just like full court press on Trump
13:35to support this strike.
13:38The Israelis wanted to do
13:38a commando mission inside Iran,
13:41attack nuclear facilities,
13:42and spark a regional war.
13:45And Trump eventually put the kibosh,
13:47but only after the restrainers,
13:49including presumably Dan Caldwell,
13:51but also Tulsi Gabbard
13:53and Pete Hegseth was named
13:55as a figure who opposed this strike.
13:58They pressured Trump from the other side
14:00and convinced him
14:01this was the wrong thing to do.
14:02We should go to Oman and do diplomacy.
14:05Now I noticed hours
14:07after this story came out,
14:08I went to Jewish Insider
14:10and I noticed that they were freaking out.
14:13And a longtime Israel lobbyist
14:15named Michael Makovsky
14:16was calling for leakers to be fired
14:19and declaring that this was
14:20one of the worst leaks ever,
14:22so damaging to Israel.
14:25I kind of put two and two together.
14:28This is the story that I assume,
14:31and I could be proven wrong.
14:33It's just me kind of putting two and two together
14:36that I assume led to not just Dan Caldwell,
14:39with two other Pentagon officials
14:42being summarily fired over leaks.
14:45I didn't make the connection
14:49until I read that you did.
14:51I forget where I read it,
14:53one of your sites,
14:54probably The Gray Zone,
14:56and it makes eminent sense to me,
14:58but were you as surprised that I was
15:01that Hegseth was on sight of restraint?
15:04I mean, before you even answer that,
15:07here he is boasting to Maria Bartiromo.
15:10Chris, cut number nine.
15:14He's dead serious
15:15that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
15:17He's said that for 20 years.
15:19He's been consistent.
15:20That is clear.
15:21But he's also dead serious
15:22that if we can't figure this out
15:24at the negotiating table,
15:25then there are other options
15:26to include my department
15:28to ensure that Iran
15:29never has a nuclear bomb.
15:30We hope we never get there.
15:32We really do, Maria.
15:33But what we're doing with the Houthis
15:35and what we're doing in the region,
15:36we've shown a capability to go far,
15:38to go deep, and to go big.
15:40And again, we don't want to do that.
15:42But if we have to,
15:43we will to prevent the nuclear bomb
15:45in Iran's hands.
15:46So if Iran doesn't negotiate,
15:48my department will get involved.
15:50I guess there's two Pete Hegseths,
15:51the one that appeared
15:52before Maria Bartiromo
15:54and the one that is furious
15:55that his advice to the president got out.
15:59But were you surprised
16:01that he was one of those
16:03advocating restraint,
16:04giving the macho public image
16:08that he conveys of himself?
16:10Well, he's been proven
16:12to certainly be a warmonger
16:14who's primarily a Trump loyalist.
16:16That's why he's there.
16:17He's not very credentialed.
16:20He's been given this kind of
16:21phony war in Yemen
16:23that they thought would be a cakewalk,
16:24which is failing,
16:25which is costing enormous amounts
16:27in munitions, stocks,
16:28as well as money,
16:30and has not achieved
16:31freedom of navigation.
16:32And in the next week,
16:34we could see an actual invasion
16:36of Houthi-held Yemen
16:39by Al-Qaeda fanatics
16:42and mercenaries
16:44backed by the Gulf states
16:45with U.S. air support
16:47because this war has gone so badly.
16:50But Hegseth also is in Iraq war.
16:53He's close to the Iraq war experience.
16:56We can't call him a chicken hawk.
16:57He's close to a lot of the veterans
16:59and soldiers who lost limbs
17:02and saw that whole experience up close.
17:05And so he may actually have listened
17:07to some of the restrainers
17:08on a war with Iran,
17:09a country that can really hit back
17:11and has hit back at U.S. assets
17:14in the region like the Al-Assad base
17:16in 2018,
17:17where hundreds of U.S. soldiers
17:22suffered traumatic head injuries
17:23from the ballistic missile strike.
17:25So he may have been listening to reason
17:27and he may be very embarrassed
17:28to see his name out there
17:30and inflaming the anger
17:32of the Israel lobby,
17:34which he's courted throughout his career.
17:37I think Miriam Adelson
17:39threw a fit when she saw this story
17:41or heard that it might be coming out
17:43and the leakers were flushed out.
17:45That's just my theory.
17:47There are also two Donald Trumps.
17:49I mean, you say there are two Pete Hegseths.
17:50We don't know which Donald Trump
17:52is going to show up every day,
17:53but in every case,
17:54whether it's, you know,
17:55with the tariffs, for example,
17:57he always surrenders
17:59to the institutional inertia.
18:02He surrendered to the bond market.
18:04He's decided to initiate talks.
18:07Steve Witkoff had some positive breakthroughs
18:10in indirect talks in Oman
18:11with the Iranian Foreign Ministry,
18:14talking about allowing them
18:16some measure of uranium enrichment
18:19as the JCPOA did,
18:21allowing them to have a nuclear program.
18:24What we know from this New York Times article
18:26is Netanyahu insisted
18:27that the only option
18:28was that the U.S. blow up
18:30all of Iran's nuclear facilities,
18:32including civilian research facilities.
18:35And Iran is not going to do that.
18:38So Witkoff took a pro-American adult decision
18:42at Oman,
18:43and then the Likud lobby went crazy.
18:47I mean, Mark Levin had a meltdown on his show
18:50and on Hannity,
18:53they were all attacking Trump and Witkoff.
18:56And then Trump walks it back.
18:58And now we see the Treasury Secretary,
19:00Besant,
19:01announce secondary sanctions
19:02on anyone who imports Iranian oil,
19:06mainly targeting China,
19:07a declaration that the U.S.
19:09will work towards forcing
19:10zero exports of Iranian oil
19:13and a reinstitution
19:15of the maximum pressure policy.
19:17This is as Witkoff
19:19is heading back into negotiations
19:21on Saturday.
19:22So which Trump is going to show up here?
19:24We're in a situation now
19:26where it looks,
19:29with Trump restarting negotiations,
19:32Iran has the rare opportunity
19:34to possibly get a deal,
19:36something it didn't have under Biden,
19:38who just wanted to keep
19:39the status quo,
19:40status quo Joe going,
19:43or a war.
19:45And it doesn't look like
19:47there will be any middle ground
19:48to return to the status quo
19:49after these high-stakes negotiations began.
19:53And we don't know which way it'll go.
19:55No one does.
19:56I wonder if Pete Hegseth has seen this.
19:58We're going to run this clip for you.
20:01It's another podcast,
20:03Colonel Daniel Davis,
20:05and the guest is a regular on this show,
20:07whom you know,
20:09Colonel Douglas McGregor.
20:11Watch this.
20:11Cut number 15.
20:13What nation on the planet
20:14can have their embassy destroyed
20:16in another country
20:17and to have an assassination
20:18in their capital city
20:19on an inauguration
20:21and not go to war with somebody?
20:23Yet that's exactly what Iran didn't do
20:25because they don't have the power to do it.
20:27So that should tell you...
20:29Wait a minute.
20:29Wait a minute.
20:30That's a fundamentally false statement.
20:32Which part?
20:34False, false, false, false.
20:36They don't have the power to go to war?
20:39You haven't looked carefully at Iran.
20:41Iran's arsenal of missiles is enormous.
20:45It could flatten Israel in a day.
20:48They have the power to go to war.
20:50They have chosen repeatedly to avoid war.
20:53And I've said this a thousand times.
20:56No one in the Middle East
20:58is interested in a war
20:59except Israel and the United States.
21:01I wonder if Hexeth understands that.
21:06Well, someone understands it
21:08because another THAAD system
21:11was just sent to Israel.
21:14This is one of the most expensive
21:16weapons platforms in the U.S. arsenal
21:18aside from the F-35.
21:20It's an anti-aircraft device.
21:22It was just sent to Israel.
21:23Currently, 30% of the entire U.S. THAAD arsenal
21:27has been committed to defending Israel
21:30against a potential Iranian strike.
21:33Just to highlight how much of a burden
21:37Israel is on U.S. national security
21:40and how much of a gulf there is
21:43between American interests
21:44and Israeli interests.
21:45And they've got the U.S.
21:47on the verge of attacking Iran
21:50after Iran was attacked by Israel
21:53and Iran opted to not respond
21:55because it hoped
21:57under the reformist president
21:59Mahmoud Pazeshkian
22:00to get some kind of a deal
22:02under Trump.
22:03And now look at where Iran
22:05has been placed.
22:07Syria has been destroyed,
22:10which was an Iranian ally.
22:12Hezbollah may fold back
22:14into the Lebanese military
22:15after having its leadership
22:17assassinated by Israel.
22:18Another Iranian ally weakened.
22:22Yemen on the verge of being invaded.
22:25Another Iranian ally besieged.
22:28And now Iran is on the precipice
22:29of being attacked again
22:31by the Zionist axis of Israel
22:33and its American proxy.
22:36What will Iran has to respond this time?
22:38It has to respond with force.
22:40It has to do serious damage.
22:43It has to damage the world economy.
22:45Or it loses all strategic deterrence.
22:48It loses all strategic depth.
22:50And it faces existential collapse
22:53and regime change.
22:55And that's where Israel wants to get it.
22:58And all it takes is Trump
22:59foolishly pulling the trigger.
23:01That would mean that
23:02after reducing the value of the dollar
23:04by 11% in one week
23:07through his botched tariff
23:09war on the world,
23:11Donald Trump will tank
23:13the global economy
23:14by initiating war with Iran.
23:17From an economic standpoint alone,
23:18it's apocalyptic.
23:21Who is Daniel Shapiro?
23:24Great question.
23:26Daniel Shapiro is like so many,
23:28or I should say almost all,
23:31U.S. ambassadors to Israel.
23:33We don't know which country he represents.
23:35I always call them
23:36reciprocal ambassadors.
23:38I mean, you look at
23:39the current ambassador, Mike Huckabee.
23:41His blueprint for Israel-Palestine
23:46is the Bible.
23:47He says Palestinians don't exist.
23:49There is no occupation of the West Bank.
23:51It belongs to Jews
23:52because you know what?
23:54Me and Woody Allen
23:56and Steve Witkoff,
23:57we are directly connected
23:59to the Israelites of the Bible.
24:02And if you believe that,
24:03you also believe Gail King
24:04went to outer space.
24:07That's Mike Huckabee.
24:08Then you have David Friedman,
24:10who is a literal settler,
24:12a literal settler
24:13who supports a settlement.
24:15He's on the board of a settlement,
24:16Beit El,
24:17in the occupied West Bank.
24:19Before him, you had,
24:21I think you had Tom Nides,
24:22and then before that,
24:23Daniel B. Shapiro.
24:25Daniel B. Shapiro,
24:26after his term
24:28as Obama's ambassador to Israel,
24:30stayed in Israel
24:31and raised his children,
24:34speaking Hebrew,
24:35going to Israeli schools in Israel.
24:37He didn't want to come back to the U.S.
24:39Is this him, Max?
24:42Oh, one second.
24:43That's him.
24:44That's Daniel B. Shapiro,
24:45currently at the Atlantic Council,
24:47which is NATO's unofficial think tank
24:48in Washington,
24:50supported by pro-Israel
24:52and Gulf interests,
24:53as well as the arms industry,
24:55basically just a money-washing operation
24:57for the war state.
24:59But he also lobbied for the NSO Group,
25:03Tony Blinken's West Exec Advisors.
25:05The NSO Group is an Israeli spying firm
25:07that has used its Pegasus technology
25:09to spy on thousands of human rights defenders,
25:12journalists, activists around the world.
25:16Daniel B. Shapiro,
25:17I think the reason you're asking me about him
25:18is he has emerged
25:19as one of the leading proponents
25:21as a Democrat
25:23of Donald Trump striking Iran.
25:27And there's actually a lot of inertia
25:30coming from the Democratic side
25:32against an Iran deal.
25:35They do not want Donald Trump
25:36to get the diplomatic win.
25:38It would embarrass Joe Biden.
25:41And they only want a Democrat
25:42to be able to do that.
25:44Phil Gordon is another one.
25:46Who is Phil Gordon?
25:47He was Kamala Harris's
25:48top foreign policy advisor.
25:50He was advising her on foreign policy
25:53when she was vice president
25:54and was her top advisor
25:55when she was running for president.
25:57And he has denounced Trump
25:59and called it foolish for Trump
26:00to go to these negotiations at all.
26:03It's so obviously petty and partisan.
26:06But from Shapiro's point of view,
26:07he is just advancing
26:08the Israeli perspective
26:10as a U.S. official.
26:12And that's just something
26:13we have to recognize
26:14is that the State Department
26:16and Pentagon is honeycombed
26:18with what I would call Pollardites
26:20after Jonathan Pollard,
26:22the Israeli spy
26:23who was sent back to Israel
26:26after he was released
26:27from a life term in U.S. prison
26:29on the private jet
26:30of Donald Trump's largest donor,
26:32Sheldon and Miriam Adelson.
26:34These are people
26:35who advance Israeli interests first
26:37while operating
26:38as U.S. national security officials.
26:42And they're burrowing from within.
26:44And it's not anti-Semitic to say that
26:47because this is just a reality
26:49we have to face.
26:50It's a reality that I helped expose
26:52when I released leaked audio
26:55from AIPAC's most recent meeting
26:57this February in Washington
26:59where the top Middle East official
27:02as a civilian in the Pentagon,
27:04Dana Strahl,
27:05was appearing as an Israel lobbyist
27:08at this conference
27:08and her presence
27:09was not even announced there.
27:13Last question.
27:14Bernie Sanders.
27:15Is he making headway
27:19in his national tour
27:21or is he not very credible?
27:23Oh, I mean,
27:24something's going on out there.
27:26The crowds are enormous.
27:28Yeah.
27:28I mean, what does this say?
27:31I feel the same thing
27:33that people in those crowds feel
27:35just on a visceral,
27:37emotional level
27:38about where we're going
27:39as a country.
27:41The people there feel abandoned
27:42by the Democratic Party leadership,
27:44not just Kamala and Joe,
27:47who suddenly like spoken
27:49through Twitter.
27:50You're starting to hear
27:51from Joe Biden again,
27:53Schumer,
27:53Hakeem Jeffries.
27:54And what do they all have in common?
27:56I mean,
27:57aside from being controlled
27:58by Wall Street,
28:00Silicon Valley,
28:00and being completely clueless
28:02to the suffering,
28:03the economic suffering
28:04of the average American,
28:06they're also warmongering
28:09ultra Zionists.
28:10And so Bernie,
28:12who himself was
28:13a liberal Zionist
28:14throughout much of his career,
28:15is now condemning Netanyahu
28:17in every speech possible
28:19and saying there should be
28:21an arms embargo
28:21on Netanyahu.
28:23He'll never say Israel.
28:24He wants to make it out
28:25to be Netanyahu
28:26to be some kind of bad apple.
28:28And he's followed by AOC,
28:31who has not exactly
28:32been on the forefront
28:33of challenging
28:34the genocide in Gaza,
28:35but they're being pushed
28:36by this grassroots surge.
28:39And it's a grassroots surge
28:40in places like Idaho
28:41in red states
28:43where they're getting
28:43these stadium audiences.
28:45And so I pointed out
28:46that a group of protesters
28:49appeared at Bernie's
28:51recent speech
28:52in Idaho with AOC.
28:53They held out a Palestinian flag
28:56on one of the rafters
28:57and they were roughed up.
29:00I wouldn't say roughed up,
29:01but they were swiftly removed
29:02and their flag was taken away
29:04by police.
29:06And Bernie Sanders
29:07then made some statement
29:09about Netanyahu
29:12being a bad guy,
29:13but Israel having the right
29:14to defend itself
29:15against terrorism,
29:17whatever that means.
29:18But if you look closely
29:19at the footage
29:20that was filmed
29:20near these protesters,
29:22first people started
29:23to boo them
29:23because they thought
29:24they were Trumpers
29:25or something,
29:26some people who hated Bernie.
29:27Then they realized
29:28they were Palestine
29:29solidarity protesters
29:31and the entire crowd,
29:33literally the entire crowd
29:34started chanting
29:35free Palestine.
29:38And so what's happening
29:39out there
29:40is there's this
29:42grassroots surge
29:44of people
29:44who want to shut down
29:46the special relationship
29:47which is seeing children
29:49burned alive
29:50every day
29:51in their tents
29:51in the ruins
29:52of Gaza City.
29:54A Pew poll shows
29:55for the first time
29:56most Americans
29:57have a negative view
29:58of Israel,
29:59including most Republicans
30:01under age 45
30:02and just far and away
30:04a wild majority
30:05of young supporters
30:07of the Democratic Party.
30:09And what Bernie and AOC
30:10are doing right now
30:12is they're sheepdogging
30:13all of them
30:14back into the Democratic Party.
30:16They're serving
30:17as a corral
30:18or gatekeepers.
30:19And in 2028,
30:20they're all going to be
30:21asked to vote
30:22for President Gavin Newsom
30:24and Vice President
30:25Josh Shapiro.
30:33This is an enormous rally
30:36of 20,000 people
30:37in Iowa.
30:38I don't know why
30:38they're yanking
30:39these people out.
30:40They're pro-Palestinian
30:41demonstrators
30:42at Bernie's rally
30:43but they're yanking them.
30:44Well,
30:44you know,
30:45so now they,
30:46you can hear the crowd
30:47chanting
30:47free Palestine.
30:49Yeah.
30:49thousands of people
30:51start chanting.
30:52Yeah.
30:53This is the heartland.
30:55Right.
30:56Right.
30:57Well,
30:58hopefully this will register
31:00appropriately
31:00at the ballot box.
31:01Who knows?
31:02But thank you, Max.
31:03Thank you for all of this.
31:05These stories are,
31:06are touching
31:08but the,
31:08the viewing public
31:10needs to know about them.
31:12You do such a tremendous service
31:14by exposing all this.
31:16Thank you,
31:16my dear friend.
31:17So do you, Judge.
31:19Have a great,
31:19have a great holiday weekend.
31:22My best to your family.
31:23You too, Judge.
31:24Good seeing you.
31:27Some of this stuff
31:28is tough to watch.
31:29Max is a great human being
31:31whose knowledge
31:32of these things
31:33is simply encyclopedic.
31:35Coming up at two o'clock
31:36today, Colonel,
31:37on all of this,
31:39Colonel Lawrence Wilkerson
31:40and at three o'clock today,
31:41the always worth waiting
31:42for Professor John Mearsham
31:45or Judge Napolitano
31:46for Judging Freedom.
31:49We'll see you then.
31:50All right,
