00:00You know, over the weekend there, on Saturday, we saw, again, criminal damage of statues.
00:06We saw placards there with, you know, death threats, open death threats on the streets of Britain.
00:13And the Metropolitan Police appear to have done precious little about that.
00:17I mean, why is that? Are they beholden to, is that something that the Palestinian flag and the trans flag have in common?
00:22It makes you unarrestable, does it?
00:24So, according to the police, now it seems the difference between a riot and a protest is a riot is people you don't agree with their views and a protest is people where the Metropolitan Police does seem to be.
00:34This is the absolute hallmarked gold standard of two-tier policing in the United Kingdom.
00:41You have people sent to prison in the UK for holding up, quite rightly, actually, for holding up placards that incited violence at the appalling riots that we saw after the murders in Southport.
00:54You had, you know, now the police, so far this evening, I understand, have still made zero arrests.
01:00Public property has been damaged.
01:02Statues commemorating the sacrifices that women made for feminism and women to get the right to vote in this country have been damaged.
01:11And, you know, they can hold up hate posters inciting violence.
01:16You know, as I say, you know, I know there was a report last week that said there isn't two-tier policing in this country.
01:20Well, there is.
01:21That report is wrong.
01:22Don't believe what politicians tell you.
01:25Believe what you see with your own eyes.
01:26You saw it on the streets of London.
01:28It's not a riot because the police kind of agree with what they're saying.
01:31They couldn't have gone in there and arrested people because they'd have been accused of being transphobic, right?
01:35Even though someone's breaking the law.
01:36Even though if someone had said, had held up the same placard.
01:39Whether people are trans or not.
01:40The same placard, but about illegal immigration, they'd have been nicked.
01:43They were sent to prison, Patrick.
01:45And whether people are trans or not, I'm completely reliant.
01:48If people are trans, they're trans.
01:49But it shouldn't mean that the rule of law applies differently to them.
01:52It does in this country.
01:53This is why people talk about two-tier care.
01:55This is why people talk about two-tier policing.
01:57That is proof positive that we have it.
