00:35The quiet calm of a town of Merton neighborhood along the banks of Ocochi Lake was shattered
00:40as neighbors heard shouting and saw a naked man running down the street.
00:45Prosecutors say that man, 35-year-old James Searing.
00:48According to the criminal complaint, this all started when neighbors saw Searing out in his
00:53driveway here lighting his own car on fire.

01:01Prosecutors say deputies tracked Searing across a large meadow through a wooded area to a
01:08marsh on the edge of Ocochi Lake where they found him nude, covered in yellow liquid soap.
