Pahalgam Terror Attack: In a major revelation, former Jammu and Kashmir DGP SP Vaid has accused Pakistan Army Chief General Asim Munir of being the key mastermind behind the recent terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 tourists and injured 13 others. Vaid stated that the scale and precision of the attack point to Pakistan’s direct involvement and strategic orchestration at the highest level.Meanwhile, intelligence sources have traced the infiltration route of the terrorists. According to preliminary findings, the attackers crossed into Indian territory through the Pir Panjal mountain range. They reportedly entered via Rajouri and moved through the remote areas of Chhatru and Wadhwan before reaching Pahalgam. These regions are largely inhabited by the Gujjar-Bakarwal community and are known for their difficult terrain, which terrorists often exploit to avoid detection.This disclosure comes as security forces intensify operations along the suspected route and tighten surveillance in vulnerable zones. The identification of the route and high-level backing behind the attack has further escalated tensions and renewed calls for a firm response against cross-border terrorism.
