00:00Kemi Bainnock has been clear, she's the leader of our party, and she's been clear that we will not be entering into a pact or any kind of agreement with reform.
00:07We don't believe we need to. We have time to be able to put forward a policy platform to win back those votes, and that's exactly what we intend to do.
00:16Robert Jenrick has been very clear that we need to win back the centre-right vote that we lost in the last election.
00:21He's doing a great job to hold Labour to account and win that vote back.

00:33It's about having a clear policy platform. We've got a very strong team, of which Robert is a part, and that's what we're going to be putting forward to the electorate years from now.
00:43But also next week at the local government elections, where we've been clear that we will, in local authorities, reduce council taxes.
00:51We'll collect the bins, that will be refreshing in Birmingham, and we'll repair roads better than any other party.
00:57Reform have never run anything before. They're completely untested.
01:00I'm not entirely sure what their policy platform is for local government.
01:04We'll see how it goes, but our candidates are working very hard to ensure that next week we continue to run local authorities up and down the country.
