00:00Meanwhile, the government's Kadiwa na Pangulo program continues to expand with strong support from local government units or LGUs offering affordable fruits, vegetables, and other locally produced goods.
00:12Aside from Valenzuela City, a new Kadiwa site has opened along the pathwalk of Quezon City Hall.
00:19LGUs in the provinces have also joined the initiative helping promote local products while ensuring lower food prices.
00:27Meanwhile, the Department of Labor and Employment or DOLE through its regional offices in Central Luzon, Calabarzon, and Central Visayas is set to award Kadiwa stores and kiosks to select labor organizations as part of its livelihood support efforts.
