00:30A signed memorandum of agreement OMOA on the Philippine Civil Service Digital Leadership Program o DLP.
00:37Ang programa na ito ay isang inisyatiba na may layuning imodernize ang Philippine bureaucracy sa pamamagitan ng teknolohiya at innovation.
00:47Ang naturang ceremonial presentation ay ginanap sa President's Hall sa Malakingang Palace.
00:51Ito ang formal launch ng isang training program na nakadesenyo para i-empower ang libu-libong civil servants na may digital skills para mangula sa mga reforma sa ating gobyerno.
01:03Sa mensahe po ng ating Pangulo, sinabi nito na ang kolaborasyong ito ang siyang maglalapit sa ating mga aspirasyon ng pagkakaroon ng isang modernized public sector workforce.
01:15Dagdag pa po ng ating Pangulo na isa itong oportunidad para muling makapag-usit, mag-innovate at mas mapaglingkuran ng sambayan ng Pilipino.
01:23Sa pamagitan po ng teknolohiya, ang programa ay pangungunahan ng Civil Service Commission o CSC in collaboration with the National University of Singapore's Institute of System Science
01:34at ng Private Sector Advisory Council o Pisa through the Private Sector Jobs and Skills Cooperation.
01:40Ayon po sa CSC, magdadala ang inisiyative na ito ng mga digital champions sa loob ng gobyerno na mangunguna sa data-driven decision-making, citizen-centric service delivery, at strategic tech reforms.
01:52Ang phase 2 naman po ng DLP ay naasana makapagsasanay ng at least 10,000 civil servants para magkaroon po sila ng mga tools at ng mindset na kakailanganin para sa isang sustained digital transformation sa ating pong pamahalaan.
