00:00Titanium, we started as a security company in 2018, but myself and my business partner's
00:08background is mostly locksmithing, both in the industry for 15 years plus before that.
00:14So we decided to expand ourselves into Titanium Locksmiths in 2020, providing local locksmith
00:23services, Hastings, we've now branched out covering the whole South East.
00:28The whole group of companies is sort of security, locksmiths, cleaning, so a range of services
00:34to both commercial and domestic.
00:36The plans moving forward are just to sort of expand the shop locally, so there's actually
00:41a base for people to come and see us, look at our services, what we can offer them.
00:45So obviously we offer mobile locksmiths so we can go out to them, but having a base now,
00:49they can come to us, view our products, see what we can help them with, even somewhere
00:53to come for a bit of free advice of any lock problems they've got.
00:58So within the business we've got in excess of 40 years experience with the locksmith industry
01:03throughout the whole team.
01:04So we've got the team member here who specialises in bench locksmithing so he can help with key
01:09cutting, lock repairs, antique locks, and his knowledge on locks in general is phenomenal.
01:16We've got two master locksmiths who are qualified, both qualified master locksmiths, we're the
01:21only approved company member of the Master Locksmith Association locally, so that means
01:27we're vetted, audited annually, I believe it sets us aside from a lot of companies.
01:34So yeah, it gives people peace of mind, local people can come in, see what we're about, get
01:39all their lock requirements sorted.
