00:00India at the moment is looking at tightening the news on this terror operation
00:04and all the modules that are now being followed.
00:06The Ministry of Home Affairs has transferred the Pehlgab terror attack.
00:09The investigation will now be done by the National Investigative Agency.
00:13Agencies are also very closely looking at the 14 active terrorists in Kashmir rally.
00:18Eight are from Rashkar-e-Taiba and three each from Jaish-e-Mohamed and his Pulmo Jahitin.
00:23It is confirmed that the four terrorists, the ones who carried out the attack on three foreigners and one local,
00:29they are now the prime suspect.
00:31They were armed with AK-47s and M4s.
00:34They snatched two phones and trekked 35 minutes to the Baisaran Valley.
00:38The attack was very well planned.
00:39The attackers entered from shop side and the zipline area.
00:43Security forces are closing in.
00:45At the center of the manhunt is Tokar.
00:47Adil Tokar joined.
00:49Hezbollah Mujahideen way back in 2018 received combat training in Pakistan and then switched to Rashkar-e-Taiba.
00:54He returned to Kashmir in 2024 as a trained militant, aiding Pakistani terrorists with logistics and infiltration routes.
01:07India at the moment is now very closely looking at the next course of action.
01:11In the wake of the deadly Pahlgam terror attack, Indian security forces have zeroed in.
01:1514 people are believed to be the key enablers in this Pakistan-backed militancy that is taking place in Kashmir.
01:21Those individuals are now on the top of the forces list.
01:24According to the inputs that India today has caught, these terrorists are not just sympathizers.
01:29They have been actively providing logistics, shelter, mobility also to Pakistani infiltrators operating across Jammu and Kashmir.
01:37The list of these 14 names at the moment is the top priority of the government.
01:42In Fulwama, Shopeean, Alantanak, Kulgam and Sopor.
01:45These are the areas where these people have been staying and the agencies are now closing in.
01:50Security agencies have branded them as Pakistan terror proxies, the direct links to Lashkar, Jaish and Hishpul, even the resistance front.
01:58India today has accessed the list.
02:00Among all these lists, Adil, Amir, Shahid and others have been active since 2021 or even earlier.
02:08Round the clock surveillance at the moment is taking place and these are on the top of Army's kill list.
02:13Around 2 o'clock is the time when the terrorists had actually entered and this is what is suspected is that they actually walked down and part of the trek was from Kokarnak towards Baisaran Valley where there were approximately 1200 tourists at that point of time.
02:34This also includes some of the local vendors who were present there.
02:38There's also suspicion that some or one of them may have actually given them some sort of an evidence or some sort of information where the terrorists made it all the way trekking to that place.
02:49And on the sides of the shop, on one side were two terrorists, on the other side near the zip line were another two and this synchronized that particular attack.
03:01So when they moved in, they did identify and asked and segregated those who are Hindus and Muslims.
03:08And thereafter, what we saw was they discriminately and not indiscriminately, discriminately, they chose and fired upon.
