00:15Naomi, mismo ang CDA Secretary Francisco Tula Rell Jr. ang tumikim ng ibibenta ng 20 peso kada kilo na NFA rice sa isinagawang press briefing ng Department of Agriculture kanina.
00:30Mula sa bigas hanggang sa kanin, ipinakita ng Department of Agriculture ang kalidad ng 25% broken NFA rice.
00:39Tinikman pa nga ng mga opisyal ng DA ang kanin para maipakita sa publiko ang magandang kalidad ng kanin ng NFA at safe na safe itong kainin.
00:48Magpapatupad ng quality control ng DA para masiguro na maayos ang kalidad ng NFA rice.
00:53Bukod sa launching ng 20 pesos na bigas sa Visaya sa May 1, magbibenta na rin ang 20 pesos na bigas sa piling Kadiwa na Pangulo Center sa Metro Manila simula May 2.
01:03Kabilang sa inisyal na pagpapatupad ng 20 pesos kada kilo na NFA rice sa Kadiwa na Pangulo sites,

01:16Bagong Sibol Market sa Marikina City, Disipina Village Ugong Valenzuela City, Nabota City Hall,
01:22PNP Camp Crame sa Quezon City, at sa ADC Building na Department of Agriculture.
01:28Maaari rin ito ipatupad sa mga LGUs na nagsignify para makapagbenta ng NFA rice sa ilalim ng National Food Security Emergency.
01:35Hinihintay lang ng DA ang sagot ng Comelec para sa Comelec Exemption bago ang implementasyon ng pagbibenta ng 20 pesos na bigas sa mga lokal na pamahalaan.
01:47Nayumi, prioridad na maibenta ang NFA sa mga vulnerable sectors,
01:53kabilang ang miyembo ng 4PS at PWD, Senior Citizen at Solo Parent.
01:58Target na ma-roll out o must-roll out ang 20 pesos na NFA rice sa 2026.
