00:57That is why Lackson wanted the NFA to sell rice to the local governments.

01:01The rice from the NFA is from the rice that they bought from the farmers at a good price.

01:18Meanwhile, through the amended rice tariffication law,

01:22Lackson said that the buffer stock of the NFA has been 15 days since the previous day.
