00:00In my Barclays days, when I was going more as a banker, meeting with the government and the larger institutions, you know, around bond financing and banking and Barclays' ability to do consumer banking there, and it was very official.
00:18I think more interesting was my first trip there. I'm thinking it was probably in 2013 or probably 2014 when David Seamus and I had created Atlas Merchant Capital, which is a boutique private equity investment bringing really high-quality opportunities to invest in financial services in the U.S., U.K., and Europe.
00:48And getting around the country was a challenge, particularly to find non-institutional investors, so some of the large, more successful family offices.
00:59We felt like we were traveling the whole time, all around. It was difficult to get from place to place.
01:05The quality of the hotels that were staying at weren't the same as they were, for example, in Dubai and in other areas of the United Arab Emirates.
01:16It's changed dramatically.
01:17And I think also the willingness to engage with investment opportunities outside of the domestic market has changed dramatically.
01:32You know, as a company and on the following for the recommendations, I think we throw at the buffet of theizzy milk market for a couple of different people.
01:33And that used against the wholesale market.
