00:00Hi, welcome to the Spread Eagle. I'm Matthew. We're opening this Friday. We'd like everybody to come down and have a drink and see the new place. We open from five and everyone's welcome to come down and have a drink and have a look at what we've done.
00:15Have a look around the bedrooms. We've renamed the downstairs as the alley so it kind of fits in with the galleon, the alley. We're doing tapas, traditional pub food, some local beers. We're keeping it very local, local butcher, local veg supplier. We're just trying to maintain the local produce.
00:39So we've got the beer gardens all been cleaned and it's ready for the summer. So it's actually a big sun trap and it's a massive focal point for us because I think Chesterfield doesn't have a beer garden like we've got. It's just outstanding.
