00:00Nagsagawa rin ng Job Fair ngayong Labor Day, ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Quezon City para sa mga naghahanap ng trabaho

00:07at ilang job seekers nga po ang na-hire on the spot.

00:18Angelique, patuloy pa rin ang pagdating ng mga job seekers dito sa isinasagawang Labor Day Job Fair sa Quezon City Hall,

00:26may center kung saan kanina lang ay marami ng mga na-hire on the spot na mga job seekers dahil na rin sa mabilis na hiring process.

00:36Hindi lubos akalain ni Jessa na ma-hire siya on the spot.

00:40Ginawa lamang daw niya ang abot ng kanyang makakaya para makapasa sa interview.

00:47Masaya ako kasi, isang buwan din ako walang trabaho so at least na-hire ako dito on the spot pa talaga.

00:54Kinaka-bun kasi, parang hindi akong makakabasa eh, pero I did my best para makapasa.

01:04Malaki naman ang tulong ng job fair para sa mga aplikante na tulad ni John Carlo,

01:09dahil pinapaasa lang daw siya ng mga dati niyang inaplayan.

01:12May payo naman ang employer mula sa BPO industry na si JP para sa lahat ng mga aplikante.

01:39I think the most important thing that they should understand is, they should be confident.

01:47I think everything stems from there.

01:50Huwag sila masyadong madi-disheartened if they feel that their credentials is not enough.

01:55Because there are a lot of companies right now, especially from the BPO sector.

01:59Para sa mas mabilis na proseso ng mga kinakailangan dokumento,

02:06sa Mutsaring On-Site Services ang ibinabahagi ng iba't ibang ahensya para sa mga aplikante, tulad na lamang ng TESDA.

02:13For today's job fair po, ang mga programs and services na bibigay po ni TESDA ay number one, yung NC Renewal po natin.

02:24We're going to provide free NC Renewal po sa mga aplikante na naglaps na po ang kanilang mga certification.

02:32Number two, scholarships po.

02:34We have a list of schools and programs na under for training for work scholarship programs and STEP.

02:43So we can provide scholarships.

02:45Also, we can also provide yung list of training centers and accredited assessment centers for those schools program or certification na kailangan po nila.

02:54Angelique, sa ngayon ay mayroon ng apat na libong mga job seekers ang nagparisro at mayroon naman ding 11,000 na mga job vacancies ang inaalok.

03:08Dito sa isinasagawang job fair na Labor Day, sa araw ng Labor Day kung saan, abay, pwede pang makahabol ang ibang mga hindi pa nakapunta sa mga venue dahil hanggang alas 4 pa ang isinasagawang Labor Day job fair dito mismo sa My Center sa Quezon City Hall.

03:38Actually, Angelique, maraming inooffer ng mga rung and file ng mga bakanteng trabaho like katulad na lamang sa mga mall at sa mga restaurant.

03:52Rung and file ng mga employees ang maraming hinahanap ngayon sa mga inaalok na trabaho dito sa Labor Day job fair, Angelique.
