00:00It was talked about last night actually on television.
00:03Today as the American people turn to God in prayer, we continue a tradition older than our independence itself.
00:11Nearly 250 years ago on June 12th, 1775, the Continental Congress appointed a day of fasting and prayer
00:21so that Americans fighting for their liberty could seek the help of the Almighty.
00:26And when you look at that, June 12th, 1775, so we have a very, very special day coming up.
00:35You know, we have a lot of them during this term.
00:38And interestingly, I had none of them had I not had a rigged election.
00:43Had the election not been rigged, I would have been out of here.
00:46I would have been gone.
00:47The radical left would have said, we got rid of him finally.
00:51But no, now they have me for another four years.
00:54We talk about that.
00:56And in the other four years, you know, I sort of said, I got the Olympics to come in and I got the World Cup to come in.
01:04And I said, you know, the sad part is it's going to be in the would be the third term.
01:10None of it came in during the what would be the normal, you know, the more normal way of doing it,
01:15like counting the proper votes, et cetera, et cetera, and just going on.
01:19And I would have been I wouldn't have been president.
01:22But now we end up with four years later and we have the 250 year anniversary.
01:30And that will be June 12th, 250 years.
01:34And you have Flag Day.
01:36So there's something happening on Flag Day.
01:37It's my birthday.
01:38But so you have 250 years in this term.
01:41You have the Olympics in this term.
01:43We have the Olympics going to Los Angeles and we have the World Cup.
01:48And I was very instrumental in all three of them.
01:51They said, would you do it?
01:52Because another president refused to call.
01:55They needed for the Olympics and the World Cup.
01:57They needed the support of the president.
02:00And that particular president refused to talk to them.
02:03He didn't want to talk to them.
02:04I don't know why exactly, but he didn't want to talk.
02:06So they said, could you talk?
02:08And so I talked and I talked him into it.
02:11And we got those two and we have 250 years.
02:13So this is going to be really four years of celebration.
02:16So get ready.
02:17And we're going to always bring God with us.
02:19We're going to bring God to those celebrations.
02:21We're not going to forget about God.
02:24In a letter to wife Abigail, John Adams wrote of his first National Day of Prayer,
02:31millions will be upon their knees at once before their great creator,
02:36imploring his forgiveness and blessing and asking for his favor on the American cause.
02:42Beautiful.
02:43Today, more than two and a half centuries later, in the heart of a free and proud America,
02:49we rejoice that God answered those prayers.
02:53And I think God answered other prayers because he's put in an administration to run this country
02:59that's going to make you proud again.
03:02It's going to make you believe and believe more again.
03:06And we're going to have a country that's very strong.
03:08We're already in just a hundred days.
03:10We're respected all over the world.
03:12Every leader's calling, want to have a meeting, appointments.
03:17They weren't calling so much the last few years.
03:20They had no respect for our country.
03:21Our country was doing very, very.
