A black panther was killed after being struck by a four-wheel drive vehicle at KM387 of the East Coast Expressway 2 (LPT2) on Thursday (May 1).

00:14Hulu Terengganu Police Chief, Superintendent Sharudin Abdul Wahab, said the vehicle, driven
00:19by a 19-year-old man, was heading from Kelantan to Kamaman at the time of the incident.
00:25Upon reaching the location of the incident, the panther suddenly dashed across the road
00:30and the driver was unable to avoid it.
00:33The animal died at the scene, while the driver did not sustain any injuries.
00:38The carcass has been handed over to the Terengganu Wildlife and National Parks Department for
