01:05division with cumta now the organization is categorizing parking areas into three levels that
01:12is the top mid and low this classification will determine that parking charges applicable in each zone
01:17for instance if there is an area with high demand on a two kilometer road that may have a slightly
01:23higher fees while less busy areas might offer low or free options as well now that depends on what
01:31they are planning to do now member secretary mr jaykumar has highlighted the current parking challenges
01:36what i was mentioning in the earlier of the video is that he quoted that people have space for only one car
01:42but own three they park two on the road causing inconvenience to neighbors having proof of parking space
01:48is essential to register a car this will make it easier to manage traffic problems so this is the
01:54exact thing that i was telling in the beginning that people now they have one parking space they buy two to
01:59three cars maybe four cars then they park one car inside and then rest are kept on the outside of the road
02:06which actually causes a lot of jam tackle all of that they have come up with this solution
02:10so you have to register basically you have to get a certificate that you have a parking spot
02:14allotted to your name and then only you will be able to buy and register that vehicle
02:18now what are the benefits of private parking spaces let me tell you now the number one benefit
02:23is from natural elements like sunlight harsh weather and if something falls on a vehicle obviously it'll
02:28damage the vehicle so having a private covered parking space is the best now also security is one
02:34more reason if you park your vehicle on the road then there are chances that people might break into your
02:38vehicle and steal some you know like your infotainment system or something valuable that is kept
02:43now a private parking spot obviously reduces that risk as well now in india you have a very very harsh
02:49climate so what happens is that if your car is parked outside and the sun is falling directly on it
02:53so it will damage the paint it will damage the interiors it will start getting white worn out and
02:58it will obviously become very stuffy inside the car so a private parking spot is obviously needed if you
03:06have one and definitely if you don't have one if you can afford one please go for a private parking
