00:00Hi guys, in this short video we'll be purchasing our domain name. As you may already know there
00:09are many domain name providers like Hostinger, Bluehost, SiteGround and more. In this course
00:17we'll be using Namecheap but feel free to choose any provider you prefer as the process will be
00:24the same. Now go to namecheap.com and sign up for an account. Fill in your information and create
00:38your account. Once you've created your account search for your desired domain name.
00:44Add it to your cart, confirm your order and proceed to checkout. As for me, I won't be
01:00buying a domain since I already have one to implement this course. Now that you have a
01:08domain name, let's get hosting. Click on Shared, Hosting. You'll find several plans to choose
01:20from but the Stellar Plus plan will be sufficient.
01:24Connect your domain name to the Hosting plan and add it to your cart. Confirm your order
01:51and proceed to checkout. I personally use a VPS since I own multiple blogs but for a single
01:59website, shared hosting will work perfectly fine.
