00:00I'm going to clarify something you said on USMCA.
00:03Is the U.S. prepared to walk away from that pact?
00:06From what pact?
00:07USMCA.
00:08No, no, it's fine. It's there. It's good.
00:11We use it for certain things. It's there.
00:13The USMCA is a good deal for everybody.
00:17I won't say this about Mark, but I didn't like his predecessor.
00:21I didn't like a person that worked.
00:23She was terrible, actually.
00:24She was a terrible person.
00:25And she really hurt that deal very badly because she tried to take advantage of the deal and she didn't get away with it.
00:33You know what I'm talking about.
00:35But so, you know, I had a we had a bad we had a bad relationship having to do with the fact that we disagreed with the way they viewed the deal.
00:44And we ended it. You know, we ended that that relationship pretty much.
00:49The USMCA is great for all countries. It's good for all countries.
00:53We do have a negotiation coming up over the next year or so to adjust it or terminate it.
01:01I'll just say I'll say a word on USMCA, if I may, Mr. President.
01:05It is a basis for a broader negotiation.
01:08Some things about it are going to have to change.
01:10And part of the way you've conducted these tariffs has taken advantage of existing aspects of USMCA.
01:15So it's going to have to change.
01:17There's other elements that have come.
01:19And that's part of what we're going to discuss.
01:20Right.
