00:00Summer is big. Planning is super, super important.
00:04It's going to be a lot of work. No doubt about what we've seen the last two years
00:08with six teams going up and six teams coming back down. So, we've got our work cut out
00:12for us and this summer is going to be a big part of that, but we think we can do it.
00:16In terms of recruitment, what lessons can you learn from last year?
00:20Look, I think there's a few different lessons that we can learn.
00:22EO, without tipping our hand on some of the things that we'll do, probably transfer-wise
00:26and some of the things that we've done.
00:28As a team, I think the first and foremost is that we actually came about this
00:32with the intent of keeping a core of this team solid for a long time to come.
00:37So, I think we've built well and let's see how Scott managed to take them
00:41and adds bits and pieces and turn it into the next version.
00:44Do you not anticipate it won't be as busy as last summer especially?
00:47I certainly hope that we're not as busy as we were a summer ago,
00:51but again, some of that's also driven by players and agents and other things
00:55that we don't get to control, other teams, their desires.
00:59But I don't anticipate that we're going to be nearly as busy as what I think we have been in the past.
01:04You talked about keeping the core of the squad together.
01:06There's two or three big players out of contract.
01:08How hopeful are you that they can maybe stay here?
01:10Look, I'm always hopeful.
01:13My days start in hope.
01:15So, I would love for that to be the case.
01:18If it doesn't, we'll give them a big hug and we'll let them go and explore the lives that they set before them.
01:25But I am very hopeful that they will want to be part of this.
01:28But let's see.
