00:53saying that the agreement was reached after a long night of talks mediated by the United

00:58U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the administration engaged with leaders from both
01:05sides, including the prime ministers and army chiefs, to stop the fighting and start talks
01:10on a broad set of issues at a neutral site.
01:13The fighting started after Indian forces struck targets in Pakistan on Wednesday.
