Steps to Upload High-Quality Photos on Instagram:
1️⃣ Open the Instagram app and log in to your account.
2️⃣ Go to your profile by tapping the icon in the bottom-right corner.
3️⃣ Tap the hamburger menu (three lines) in the top-right corner and select Settings and privacy.
4️⃣ Scroll to the Account section and tap on Data Usage and Media Quality.
5️⃣ Enable the option for Upload at Highest Quality to ensure your photos retain their resolution during uploads.

00:00Welcome to this tutorial. In this tutorial I'm going to show you how you can upload high quality
00:07photos or media in Instagram. So if you want to upload any high quality media then what you need
00:15to do is click on these three lines present at the top right corner of your screen and then once you
00:20are inside the settings and activity tab you need to scroll down until you see this option which
00:24says data usage and media quality. Click here and here you can see at the bottom this option which
00:30says media upload quality. So you need to enable this toggle which says upload at highest quality.
00:37If you enable this it always uploads the highest quality photos and videos even if uploading takes
00:42longer. When this is off the Instagram automatically adjust upload quality to fit network conditions.
00:49So now you have enabled this then from now on every time you upload any media it will be in the highest
