00:35do hereby proclaim Vicente Castelo Soto III, a Senator-Elect,
00:43to serve for a term of six years, ending on June 30, 2031,

02:06Sa kabuhuan po, nakaapat na termino na siya bilang Senador.
02:11Naging Senate President siya noong 2018,
02:13at pitingnan natin kung this incoming Congress ay siya ang upo.
02:18Noong 2022, nang sumubok siya ang tumakua sa pagka Vice President,
02:22pero hindi siya pinalad doon.
02:23So ngayon iniintay natin yung kanyang pamilya na umaki sa stage
02:28para naman sa kanilang photo opportunity.
02:31At nakita nga natin kanina na kasama niya yung kanyang mga anak,
02:34kasama si Vice Mayor ng Quezon City, Guillain Soto.
02:39At isa si Sen. Soto.
02:41Siya yung pinakamaraming boto doon sa mga administration ticket.
02:45Oh, number 5 siya sa Luzon.
02:48At number 11 sa Visayas.
02:50So, ang nakita tayo ng interview sa kanya,
02:54yung slate nila was hoping at least 8 to 9,

04:58that improved and elevated
04:59the lives of the Filipinos.

05:08on existing laws

05:11that it is properly implemented.

05:16that the budget of the government
05:19is used correctly.
