Charlotte Church to marry on remote island

Add one more to the list of upcoming showbiz weddings. Along with Russell Brand and Katy Perry, Charlotte Church and Gavin Henson are set to tie the knot.

The Welsh couple got engaged in February, the day after Charlotte's birthday, but have kept the details secret since then.

Rugby star Gavin organised for a helicopter to land in their garden. They were whisked off to a seafront restaurant in Cornwall, then later on a stroll the 28-year-old got down on one knee, offering the Voice Of An Angel a two-carat heart-shaped diamond ring.

Charlotte described the proposal as "awesome" and "really emotional."

The couple have been together for five years and have two children, two-and-a-half-year-old Ruby and Dexter who is 18 months.

They are now planning to wed on an island hideaway with their toddlers as bridesmaid and page boy.
