Small Pupil Phaco - Dr.NSD Raju, India

Iris retractors are used to dilate the small pupil. Phacoemulsification can then be performed as usual. This video demonstrates the technique of using the iris retracotors to dilate the pupil and also demostrates the technique of cataract removal by the stop and chop phaco . Following the cataract removal, a foldable intra ocular lens is implanted.
