IMA- rotaray nayana eye bank

IMA Nayana is a voluntary eye bank in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Cochin Central. The Eye donation fortnight 2010 and its 6th anniversary were celebrated at the prestigious international convention centre of IMAHouse Cochin.The Chief Guest , Justice Sri.V R Krishna Iyer, administered the pledge of Eye donation to all. More than 1500 music lovers and musicians pledged to donate their eyes to Nayana after their death. This indeed was a unique occasion and a historic moment in the history of IMA and its social commitments. This solemn function was followed by a musical treat by the Sangam Kala Group and the Mukesh Foundation of India. Rich tributes were paid to the immortal legendary singer Mukesh on his 34th death anniversary. Here are some excerpts from the musical nite :
