How to make Green Power Soup, hoasted by Raw Vegan Martial Artist.

Green Power soup

1/2 cup Cashew nuts (soaked 4 hours)
4-5 Dates (soaked 4 hours)
1 Avocado
1/3 of a Cucumber
1/4 Lemon
1 stalk of Celery
1 Tomato
1/2 Onion
1 clove Garlic
pinch of Himalayan Salt
4 - 5 tblsp Cold Pressed Olive Oil
2 tblsp Udo's Choice (optional)
1 Scallion
Handfull Spinach
Handfull Flax Seeds
Handfull Parsley
1/3 Red Chilipepper

Put everything in a blender
and fill with water.
Process until smooth and creamy,
add more water for thinner soup

Garnish with:
Alpha Alpha Sprouts
Sundried Tomatoes (soaked),
Parsley or
Ruccola Salad
also good with different kinds of seeds
