Monkee Love {formally known as The Hogan Experience}
Are a Five piece, mouth piece Funk Rock band from Dublin on a mission to spread monkee love through-out the universe.
We take our musical inspirations from all genres and all walks of life. The brainchild of bassist john hogan aka oscar the grouch{from back in the days of living out of his ma's wheelie bin,rent free!!} soon recruited guitarist Paddy O Dea aka paddy ten pack aka Dr.Who for his everlasting thirst for 24 carrot dutch gold. Drummer Ray"eyebrows jnr"Donnelly aka The Sister caught the eye of john in liverpools cavern club when he rushed the stage for a brief electrifying drum solo.The band later recruited monkee brothers ste"wingnut" walsh for his vocals and diva like antics, and andy"artschool" walsh aka mooners, for his guitar skills and fashion sense.The line-up now complete and the stage set for world domination or a major piss-up, which ever happens first.........
