As she battled cancer, Kathleen found Macmillan Cancer Support Online Community to be a constant source of support and answers, like "having instant agony aunts" as she puts it. In the Community, and the comfort of her own home, she met real people who she could ask questions and to whom she could give answers and support in turn. She's also made real friends whom she meets regular for lunches, to share support and plenty of laughter.
