Nikki and Ti are back, and this time they’re joined by Darin Ross, the creator of the awesome card game Superfight. Nikki has created a custom cocktail inspired by Superfight’s crazy character mechanics - presenting: the Hot Toddler!
Nikki prepared this cocktail for Skybound’s Superfight By Night edition, which you can check out over here: http://youtu.be/IWjuzmQOXSQ
To make your very own Hot Toddler, aka the Fire Breathing Kindergarten Class you’ll need:
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
1.5 oz Selvaray Rum
.75 oz Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
.5 oz Rhubarb Pear Elixer
A dash of Chipotle powder
Dry-shake the egg white in a shaker along with the lemon juice, rum, Achor Reyes, and Elixer - shake well, it’ll take a little while, until the liquid starts to become somewhat frothy. Shake again with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and top with a dash of chili powder!
Serve it up, and trick your friends into thinking it’s egg nog!
Are you going to try out this crazy-named cocktail on your friends on your next game night? What character would you like to see Nikki make a cocktail out of? Do you enjoy spicy cocktails? Have you made sours with egg whites before, or is this a new one for you?
