Vlog - How can somebody be SO FACKING STUPID to NOT monitor their smart/phone usage when roaming abroad!?!?!?!?

This video being in response to the most recent news video on Bell owned CTV. Maybe bell did this as propaganda against WINDmobile, or it was just somebody's own stupidity and senseless that led to them incurring over $13,028 IN ROAMING CHARGES. The carrier is not to blame, it is the stupidity of the person who didn't think about it when they did roam outside of the zone, in another country, when they could have easily used a god damm prepaid SIM after unlocking their phone for a measly $25.00 + tax. That is all. Remember people... Think thrice, not just twice, before you even consider roaming without checking the pay per use rates and monitoring your usage!
