IN THE FRENCH PAPERS - French economy: 'And if Hollande was wrong?'

The right-wing papers L'Opinion and Le Figaro hammer François Hollande for his economic failures. The latest figures show growth flatlining for a second quarter and budget deficit forecasts being revised upwards, meaning France will find it nigh impossible to meet the EU deficit target. Meanwhile, left-wing Libération is asking: 'And if Hollande was wrong on the economy?' Some gold is coming in though - France won nine gold medals at the European Athletics Championships. Cocorico!
