FARC agrees to release Colombian general

The Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC) have agreed to still undisclosed conditions under which the rebels will release General Ruben Dario Alzate and four others held captive since Sunday. The government had put the peace talks to end the 50 year armed conflict on hold until Alzate and the others were freed. teleSUR
