So you've only ever had a Margarita from a blender... You're missing out!

Ingredients:
1.5oz Cazadores tequila
.5oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curacao
.75oz freshly squeezed lime juice (keep spent lime shell)
.5oz simple syrup
1 raw sugar cube                                                      
Bacardi 151º over proof rum


Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker packed with ice.  Shake very well and strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.  Float the lime shell on top of the ice, place the sugar cube in the centre of the lime shell and soak it with high proof rum.  Light the sugar cube with a match or lighter and serve.  *Remember to warn the drinker of the flame as they don't always see it.
