Cornflakes chivda is healthy Diwali snack or namkeen recipe made using cornflakes cereal.
Ingredient:
150g cornflakes (makkai Poha)
70g peanut
2tbsp red chili powder
2tbsp sugar
1tbsp dry mango powder(aamchoor powder)
salt to taste
Method:
- Mix all the spices and keep aside
- heat oil, fry raw corn flakes and keep it aside
- fry peanuts till turn crisp
- mix all fried ingredient and sprinkle the spice mixture
- mix well
Note: while all the fried ingredients are hot immediately sprinkle the spicy mixture.
