Pet Pyar aur paap

The film Pet Pyar aur Paap is dedicated to then Prime Minister Mrs. Indira Gandhi for her relentless efforts towards eradication of poverty. As a girl Janki (Smita Patil) is struggling with extreme poverty and the responsibility of taking care of her siblings. Janaki is a very poor girl who lives in a slum. She has to taken care of her siblings as her rickshaw puller father doesn't care much. Aruna Irani plays the role of ragpicker and Smita's neighbour in the slum with a huge crush on Amitabh Bachchan(Playing guest role). Aruna introduces Smita to Raj Babbar| a truck driver| Smita falls in love with Raj Babbar. And She ends up alone with him in his truck. Now watch! What will happen with them?
