Venezuela Calls for Colombia to Take Responsibility for Border Crimes

Venezuelan Foreign Minister Delcy Rodriguez is in New York to meet with UN Secretary General Ban ki-moon, to whom she will explain Caracas' position on the border closing dispute with Colombia.
